JiXingZhou Tech Unit provides professional computer systems design, computer integrated systems design, and related technical consulting services. Our services are subject to these terms and any additional agreements made between us and our clients.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiXingZhou Tech Unit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
